"Sydney Eye Hospital"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 1 East (Ophthalmology)

I went into the Sydney Eye Hospital for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived the waiting room was almost full and was told I'd have to wait up to 2 hours for my appointment. Why wasn't I told by the person who booked my appointment you need to allow a 2 hour wait time when you have an appointment. I'm not well enough to wait for 2 hours so I had to reschedule. If I'd known about the 2 hour wait beforehand I could have saved myself a trip into the city.

I am very unhappy with Admin staff at this hospital. They appear to not care.
