About: Maroondah Hospital Maroondah Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had a motorbike accident recently and the ambulance took me to Maroondah Hospital as it was the closest hospital with an emergency department. I spent the night in the emergency department before being transferred to the short stay unit and ultimately onto the ward. I cannot thank the nursing staff and doctors that cared for me during my stay enough. Particular thanks to Jess in the emergency department and Saahara on the ward who looked after me.
