When will your admin staff get dates correct? I have recently taken on care for my parent full-time and Redcliffe is the local hospital. We have lost faith in your hospital. Letters are sent to us and I ring to query and confirm appointment times and days, then we receive correspondence informing that we've failed to confirm appointments! Do your admin staff know what they're doing? It's very frustrating when we continually have to contact your hospital to reconfirm the appointments that were already allocated to us during our first conversation. Please get it right the first time to save your clients frustrations!
