About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital

(as the patient),

Came in for an operation on my right elbow.

I was only there for two days but during that time I was made to feel like family, every member of staff were just so friendly and respectful. And a special thank you to my day nurse Sarah, her natural ability to make me feel safe and comfortable after my op was spectacular.

A very special thank you to to all the staff on duty at the Short Stay Department

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) with us. Admissions to hospital, regardless of the length of stay, can be stressful. I am very pleased to hear that the staff in the Short Stay Department, in particular, nurse Sarah, made you feel safe and ensured that you were comfortable.
