Good Afternoon

I was recently scheduled for the above medical procedure.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff that I engaged with during my overnight stay.

I feel somewhat lucky that I live in a country where our nursing staff are professional, friendly, and diligent in their roles. 

During my stay I was looked after around the clock by staff with various levels of nursing experience.  I felt a little proud and relieved to know that the medical staff and administrators at your facility are very good at what they do.

Although I have no desire to return, I do know that should I have no choice, I will be in very capable hands.
