I have been advised by my GP to book an appointment with a particular doctor. I have rung the number provided and left half a dozen messages in the past 4-5 days, but no one has bothered to return the call.
So, I call Blacktown Hospital general switch number about. No one answered there too.
I am not sure what is going on and why your staff are not answering the phone and returning the messages left.
Please help.
