(as the patient),

I recently gave birth to my fourth child, which is the third baby I have had at Wonthaggi Hospital. I feel very grateful for the wonderful care I have received from the team of midwives, who are always friendly and professional. I would particularly like to thank the wonderful midwife that cared for me during labour, who encouraged me to feel relaxed and follow my own instincts regarding positions for labour. I feel that this contributed to the quicker labour and beautiful birth that I experienced.

Congratulations on the wonderful new addition to your family, and thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback. It will be very much appreciated by our midwives who work extremely hard to make sure their service is second to none. They are compassionate and highly skilled and we are very lucky to have each and every one of them at Bass Coast Health. I hope your new one has settled in at home and look forward to seeing you back here for your next bub.:)
