(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had wonderful service from all the nurses to cleaning ladies, staff  who bring your meals to you and the physio ladies always had a smile on their faces just like the lovely nurses that looked after me when I had my surgery. I would not change anything as the staff are well received.
