"Staff during Autonomic Test"

Recently, I had the autonomic test done at RPA in the Neurosciences Ambulatory Care Department carried out by Toni.

Coming into the test, I was fairly nervous and didn't know what to expect.

Toni greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming approach, something that instantly put myself at ease.Throughout the experience, not only was Toni incredibly professional, but extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the test. Particularly what happens before, during, and after and explaining every step in the process thoroughly and effectively. 

I cannot express just how incredible Toni was and RPA are truly fortunate to have her with the hospital. I cannot comment on any fault and all I hope is that this message gets to her, and that her efforts and role as a nurse are not only appreciated but awarded.
