About: Wonthaggi Hospital

(as the patient),

Day surgery on inner ear drainage.

I was slightly apprehensive on arrival, but was put at ease immediately on attending because of the friendly, courteous and  professional attitude of the staff in all sections. They all were polite and explained each procedure for my benefit.

Thank you for taking the time to post this feedback. I am very pleased that the staff were so reassuring - it can be very scary to come into a hospital let alone have surgery - I hope your procedure went well and that you have made a good recovery.
