E-mails and a letter written to Specialist Outpatients at RWBH asking why I am no longer receiving appointments for periodic skin cancer examinations. Are the services being rationed, or has my name dropped of the list again. I rely on the quality of the examinations to detect cancers at an early stage and am prepared to travel from Beerburrum for an examination.
"Inability to obtain service, and no acknowledgement of complaint."
