"Poor Outpatient bookings service"

You now have to wait for an admin team to allocate you an appointment.   This has meant that instead of getting an appointment in 12 weeks as requested by the registrar, I have to wait at least 6 months. I don't know what criteria they base the allocations on but as a sufferer of a painful chronic illness, I want to be able to see my doctor on a regular basis. Then, to add insult to injury, if you ring to enquire they are rude to you. I love my doctors and the service they provide but this admin team stinks.
