"Fantastic care, but facilities could be improved"

Hey there, firstly I would like to thank all the staff who have helped me during my recent stay, either medically or food and beverage or personal care while I was an in-house resident at the hospital.

I would like to mention that I do believe the bathroom needs to be maintained more regularly. One morning I took myself to the toilet and I believe the toilet seat was dirty. An extra note: as for a hospital design, I believe the toilet itself is too low and the opening is too small. I am a tall person and to wipe myself with a cannula was difficult. The disabled rails could higher as well. I am sure the designer followed the AS (Australia Standards). I am sure the designer was a male.
