Regarding our late mum:

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Angliss Emergency and Box Hill ICU. The doctors and nurses gave our Mum the best of care, treated her with compassion and dignity while also supporting her family.

Dear Budgie

Thank you so much for taking the time to acknowledge the care and service the staff in the Angliss Hospital Emergency Department and Box Hill Hospital Intensive Care gave to your Mum.

It's clear from your feedback the doctors and nurses provided courtesy and kindness to both her and you, her family. It will give me great pleasure to provide your comments to the teams in both departments.

I'm sorry for the loss of your mum and hope you and the family are traveling as best as possible.
