(as the patient),

I admitted myself.

The triage Nurse, 
I didn't catch her name, was very efficient.
After being admitted:
Nurse Sandy, was most efficient, helpful, attentive & informative.
Dr Jessica was most efficient, helpful, attentive & informative.
Physio Fiona was most efficient, helpful, attentive & informative.
My experience was better than I would have imagined
