Thank you for putting your story in Care Opinion and acknowledging the support you have received from Lives Lived Well staff.

I am glad to hear you now have some clarity and control in your life. To hope that means that somewhere in you your choices about self destruction have changed and you have opened yourself to receive the support being offered. That is a very courageous step and often in the middle of such major change your own contribution is missed or minimised.
