The result of writing the original story of being 'fobbed off' on this website:

I was contacted by the relevant department and asked to come in and be remeasured for a new sleeve. This whole matter was discussed and new measures have been put in place to try and prevent similar incidents happening in the future. 

Hopefully the issues have been resolved and I should have a new sleeve in a few weeks.

I was listened to and treated with courtesy and respect.

Thank you for following up on your original feedback and I am pleased to read that your follow-up experience was of a higher standard.

We always aim to provide the best experience for all our patients and I am once again sorry that your first experience did not reflect this.
