"Procedure went well"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Went as well as could desire. Only two issues would be the lack of communication of need for jockey underwear rather than boxers and the administration didn't tell the nurse that my partner had arrived.

Otherwise I would absolutely recommend. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and funny.

Dear Vas

I appreciate you taking the time to provide your balanced feedback regarding your surgery at Box Hill Hospital.

I'm pleased your surgery went well and certainly take note of the points you make regarding communication. I am really hopeful we will be able to adjust our patient information regarding the need for particular underwear and certainly note the gap when your partner arrived.

We are placing a lot of focus on kindness and communications so your feedback is very timely and helpful as a real life experience of the importance of getting it right.

Thanks again and trust you are recovering well from your surgery.

Kind regards

David
