My parent is a resident at Blue Cross Ivanhoe in the Dementia ward.

I just wanted to pass on how happy we are with the care my parent has been receiving and also how helpful and caring we have found the staff.

Kalid is one stand out staff member who is fantastic with my parent and also seems to be for all of the other residents. He has a wonderful attitude and is a great support to not only the residents in his care, but their relatives as well. Nothing is too much trouble for him and we wanted to pass this on to Management. The Dementia Ward is a better place thanks to Kalid.
