"Presentation of dislocated little finger to ED"

About: Bass Coast Health

(as the patient),

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the great and immediate attention I received recently when I presented to ED with my little finger dislocated and my bone sticking out of the skin - due to my non skill at surfing! The attention the nurses gave me including Di and  Brooke (and at admissions/triage - I'm sorry I did not take note of both your names) was excellent.   Thank you to Mark who took me through for an x-ray both before and after the bone was reset and a special thank you to Dr Carlos for putting my little finger bone back where it belonged.   Everyone was so attentive and sent me off to Dandenong Hospital feeling a lot better than when I arrived.   kind regards

Hi Giddy,

Thanks so much for your very kind feedback to our Emergency Department staff. I will make sure your post is passed onto the individuals who were rostered on that day. I hope your finger is doing ok and that you will be able to get back onto the board sometime soon. Thanks again for taking the time.

Kind Regards,

Jan
