"Rehabilitation Busselton Hospital"

About: Busselton Health Campus

(as the patient),

I started out at Bunbury hospital and was told that I would be transferred to Busselton, which at first I wasn't happy about as this was far from home.   Once I got here, the staff really looked after me and treated me more like a friend than a patient.   Without the staff, I wouldn't have been able to progress like I have.   The food is very good and the room is lovely.   At first I didn't want to take part of the rehab groups, however I now enjoy sitting out with other patients.

Dear Transferred

Thank you for your post regarding your time in Busselton Hospital.

I can appreciate that transferring between hospitals can be a daunting prospect and I am very pleased to see that you ended up being happy with the move. We strive to deliver first class services and it is wonderful to have feedback that reinforces the good work the team is doing.

I see you noted more education and groups as areas in which we can improve. I have spoken with Jenny Hoskins, Allied Health Manager, and she is interested to hear from you to discuss this further. She is contactable on 9753 6500.

It is great to hear you are progressing well and enjoying the company of the other patients. Good luck with the rest of your journey!

Yours sincerely

Wendy McKinley
