Every staff member I came in contact with was wonderful. From reception to admissions to preparing to go to theatre, right through to surgery and recovery and discharge.

All staff were very good at explaining what was happening and why. They also had a personal touch, which made you feel like you were important to them.

Thank you for your thank you. I understand that comments on goods or services usually run about seven unfavourable comments to one positive comment, so I thought that I should give some positive feedback, as I was so impressed with my visit to the Hospital.
