(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I received good care while in hospital by nursing and physiotherapy staff. Attentive and friendly.

However the toilet roll holder is too low and too far from the toilet.

Hello.

I am very pleased that the care and attention you received as an inpatient was good. Not so good is the toilet paper being out of reach. Not helpful at all!! I will ask our facilities team to review the position of toilet rolls in the bathrooms and amend where we can. As you know they are pretty old but I’m sure we will be able to sort something. Thanks so much for great feedback. Hope you are now doing ok.
