"Emergency Treatment at Armadale Health Service"

About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was treated at Armadale Health Service recently after suffering sudden onset memory loss.  The care was outstanding.  I was frightened and confused.  The staff were so supportive and thorough and helped me and my family through a stressful situation.

Dear indigoyy68

Thank you so much for sharing your recent positive experience at Armadale Health Service.

I am very delighted to hear of the great care and support you received in our Emergency Department. It must have been a very stressful time for you and your family and I’m glad our staff were able to support you through this experience. I will certainly pass on your kind words to the team involved with your care.

I also note through the use of the picture story that you were unsure about our Reception. I am keen to follow up your concerns and invite you to provide us with more details by replying to me on this website.

Alternatively, you can also contact our Consumer Liaison Department on 9391 1153 or via AKG_ConsumerLiaison@health.wa.gov.au at a time that is convenient for you.
