(as the patient),

I recently had to spend a few days in the hospital to sort out a nasty injury to my right hand.   Spending Xmas in hospital wasn’t what I’d planned 🙁, but I wanted to commend the nursing staff of East Ward for always having a positive and caring attitude towards their patients.   Everyone I dealt with offered the same high standard of care and professionalism.
