"Chronic Health Nurse Fills an Important Part of Health Care Team"

I have found Sally very approachable and did not feel rushed. Whatever issue, about my extended health, we were able to discuss and if she didn't know the answer she would find out for me. Sally fills an important part of the healthcare team.

I agree completely and I will pass on your very kind message! Sally is an excellent nurse who does an extremely important role. Not only is Sally herself very person centred and responsive, the role she fulfills makes a wonderful difference to people who are suffering from a Chronic Illness. It is very important that we partner with people who have a Chronic Illness to optimise their health and their ability. I wish you the best for your health journey and hope we can continue to support you in the future as you need.
