"Staff both good and bad"

I have recently been treated as a patient at the eye clinic. As always the staff on duty are polite, helpful and with a completely pleasant demeanor.

However during a recent experience staff dressed in theatre/lab attire came into the common area where patients (like me), friends and carers were sitting  and in my opinion, they all behaved like yobbos - talking loudly, even yelling and yahooing which I thought was disgusting. I believe it's designed to make us look at them and note they are medics of some kind. I know there are strictly staff rooms for them, which patients don't access so why should they invade us with what I felt was obnoxious behavior?
