"Positive experience"

I recently brought my wife in just before midnight as she was in immense pain due to a disc pressing on a nerve in the C6 area. (Sorry limited medical knowledge). From when we came in to when we checked out 19 hours later, all the staff; from triage, to the doctors, to the neurosurgeons, to the nurses, to admin, to other staff were awesome.  We did have to wait a fair while, but there were some worse patients presenting to ED, so that’s totally fine! 

I think sometimes people are too quick to criticise and don’t care to give positive feedback. But I applaud you guys for your professionalism under such busy and diverse conditions. My wife is home now, with a clear pain management plan (which hopefully works for her) and we can look forward. Thank you again and keep up the great work!!!
