"Transition Care at Peter James Centre"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department Peter James Centre

(as a relative),

My mother had a nasty fall about 5 months ago and was first admitted to Box Hill Hospital and then spent 24 weeks in Transition Care where she was non weight bearing. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in her care from the Emergency until now. She is to be transferred to rehab and hopefully home from there. She has been treated with respect and dignity the whole time and as an ex staff member, I am proud to say that I worked at Eastern Health. Many, many thanks

Dear Just so grateful

Thank you so much for providing feedback on the experience of you and your mother across her journey. Your comments clearly show me the Eastern Health values are visible and used by the staff involved in your mother's care.

It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with the clinical staff as this will show them the value of what they do and also the impact of this.

I hope your mother gets back home soon and in the best of health and thank you for saying how proud you are to work at Eastern Health (As am I!)

Take care and kind regards

David
