"Our mother"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Kidney Nurse Specialist Unit Royal Perth Hospital / Renal (Nephrology) & Urology & Endocrine Medicine & Ward 6A/6B/6C

(as a relative),

Our mother has been in and out of RPH (Royal Perth Hospital) over the past few months. As a family we cannot thank the RPH staff enough (dialysis unit) for the care they have given her. Their kindness and empathy is boundless. We would like to acknowledge their selfless dedication, sensitivity and their emotional support to us, the family. A big thanks!

Dear Patti,

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). It is always pleasing to hear from patients and families about their positive experiences.

I will be sharing your kind words with the dialysis unit as well as the rest of the hospital staff so that we can use your positive experience to continually improve on our service delivery. We always aim to treat patients with sensitivity, care and understanding and I am pleased to see that your experience reflects that.

Thank you again for taking the time to write about RPH and I hope your mother is on the mend.

Thanks, Anwar

Sadly my mother passed away at RPH and so we are now dealing with her loss. The staff in 9C were amazing and their support is also appreciated.
