(as a carer),

I have spent quite a few dollars purchasing meals at this place during my partners recent operation and recovery. I feel the Nepean Hospital Kiosk must be the most inefficient, customer unfocused, shamozzle of a business I have seen. One of the slowest meal preparation kiosks that I have witnessed. The customer queues are always lengthy and snail paced at busy times. 

I witnessed 6 busy, busy staff doing something whilst only 1 was attending the customer queues. I decided not to donate my hard earnings to what I think is a circus after I was overlooked twice from being served when it was my turn. 

I feel that these guys require some intensive McDonald's style training. Focus on serving the customer as quickly, orderly and politely as possible. Forget the cleaning, counting coins, chatting, etc. when there are customers waiting. They are the ones that are providing the funds to pay staff wages and I believe should be treated accordingly .... number 1.
