I waited 3 hours to see a private dermatologist with my young child, to be told I have the problem as I was upset about my child being diagnosed with Alopecia and that they may lose all their hair.

After seeking a second opinion and receiving absolutely fantastic service from another dermatologist at a different practice we now have a fantastic outcome with treatment and my child and my family now understand the condition as it was explained clearly and we have a treatment pathway to treat it if it returns.
