My husband is a regular at the Mater and other Hunter hospitals. We always ask to go to the Mater though and most times the fabulous ambulance service personnel can oblige. The staff we've seen are great - ambos, doctors, cleaners, physios, social workers, specialists, security, cafe staff, triage, reception, nursing, OT's, pharmacy and did I miss someone. ... sorry.
These human beings do such a professional job. Sure, they have made mistakes but if you complain, they are right onto it.
