My family member was in Canberra Hospital Ward 6B. There was another patient in the room that had mental health issues that was screaming, threatening staff and causing major disruption. Over a number of nights, all patients in the room were disturbed for extended periods.
When we raised the issue with doctors and nurses on duty, their response was that they were aware of the issue but there was no solution.
