Let me tell you about my blood test at Maroondah Hospital recently as a follow up to the Respiratory Doctor. I always end up with multiple jabs, questions like have you drunk water today? You're very cold. How have people got blood from you in the past? And finally, medical gloves filled with hot water rested in the crook of my arm to bring out the veins.

Well not with Virginia, apparently she works at Angliss and Box Hill too. First time she got that vein! ! ! Never happened before. She was charming and positive. An award for Virginia! 😂🙏

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with the Eastern Health Pathology service at Maroondah Hospital. You are obviously very experienced in this area given your comments, but obviously Virginia was able to do what others haven't in the past!

It will give me great pleasure to pass your feedback onto Virginia and also her manager as it's clear she has made a real difference in realising a positive experience for you.

You've clearly got a great sense of humour with Caddyshack, a terrific movie of its time!
