(as the patient),

I have been a patient at Fiona Stanley twice recently, once for treatment for a serious burn requiring a graft and more recently for the removal of a lipoma from my foot.

The burns unit is fantastic the specialist nurses and staff are not only simply amazing, but also caring and generous of their time and dedication. The hospital facilities are in my opinion world class and state of the art. You are greeted with smiles and respect and not judged at all. You are included in all discussions, as are your loved ones and partners. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

The plastics team likewise, I cannot fault their skills and dedication and comments above should be attributed to this team as well.

The nurses in the short stay unit are also included in my comments, their care and attention left me wanting for nothing ,all of my needs were met. If I, as I did, not require any special attention my wishes were respected. 

All I can say is whilst not all people will agree with my assessment, they all deserve the respect and thanks for a job well done
