"Physio and OT"

My father was recently admitted to Armadale Hospital, and spent a few days on the Canning Ward at the hospital for a number of health concerns. 

I want to give a shout out to the OT (Liz) and Physio (Courtney) for the exceptional care they gave to my father. Not only were they kind and reassuring, they went above and beyond to make sure his home was well set up, he had the equipment (frame and shower seat) to ensure that he was safe and comfortable once discharged, and made sure he understood everything that was going on. They also made sure that he didn't need any other services in place at home, or to be seen by anyone else such as the social worker. 

Couldn't be happier about the respect and genuine care my dad was shown, and appreciate the time and effort they put in (when they were obviously so busy). I hope these ladies are recognised for their efforts.
