Hi, I was admitted to the ED recently with severe chest pains. The treatment I received was excellent. The nurses and doctors were so well organized, friendly and professional. One male nurse, whose name escapes me, was exceptionally caring. He had a fantastic bedside manner. He realised I hadn't eaten in a while and organised sandwiches for me. In all, the whole experience, even so stressful for me, was made so much easier by the caring staff your ED provided. Out of 10, I would rate you guys an 11.

I am so delighted to read your lovely comments about the excellent care and treatment provided to you during your recent presentation to the Armadale Hospital ED.

As you pointed out, coming into hospital with an urgent medical condition can be very stressful, so I am very pleased that our ED team was able to make this experience less daunting for you.

Professionalism and kindness are values our staff strive to uphold every day and I am so proud to hear that these were reflected in your care and recognised by you.
