My child had to have a fasting blood test. We arrived at the Box Hill Hospital Pathology Departments before they opened. We took a number and then sat and waited more than 45 minutes before the pathology staff member was available. The problem was not the staff member, it was that she was by herself and had more than 10 people waiting to be seen. The staff member was the lovely lady who took my child's blood. Why do you only have one person working, surely you could have at least two. I hope you are able to address this situation.
