"My stay at Peel Health Campus"

I had a post operation emergency which I could not thank the 'on call' gynaecologist more at Peel Health Campus for dealing with so efficiently and professionally. All of the nurses were very caring and endeavoured to make me as comfortable as possible. After spending 7 hours in ED I could not believe how much abuse, difficult patients and variety of things that the doctors and nurses have to be subjected to. It was extremely busy with limited beds available, so I felt sorry for staff having to deal with the pressure.

I was then transferred to the maternity ward which was much more peaceful and easier to rest. Again all nurses were lovely, I especially remember nurse Sharon who spent extra time and care with me. I then had gynecologist Dr Danelle monitoring me who made me feel very much at ease and took the time to explain everything. As much as I did not enjoy being in hospital the staff made it as comfortable as possible. The food was even delicious! Thank you to all at Peel Health Campus, you do an amazing job.
