We recently needed to bring my mum to Bass Coast Health ED one evening. The care and treatment we received in ED from reception to her ambulance transport to Monash was both professional and caring. Telemed conference was a great asset too. Thanks so much.

Dear BCH Care,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I will make sure the staff get this post, and I know they will be chuffed. I hope things are going Ok for your mother now. The telemedicine is great isn't it! Just awesome having a neurologist in our ED 24/7 via this link, to assist with diagnosis and treatment. We will continue to look at opportunities to improve our access to medical specialists through telemedicine. Thanks again for your feedback.
