"Am I really in a hospital or am I somewhere else?"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I came to Sydney Hospital via ambulance with shortness of breath. I usually go to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, but I don't think I will go there again. This was my first trip to Sydney Hospital. As soon as I arrived, I thought - Is this a hospital or am I somewhere else? The staff were all happy and smiling. It wasn't very crowded, all the staff were very nice. Everyone should learn from Sydney Hospital.

I am an aid worker and am very service orientated. So I love to see people behaving the way the staff at Sydney Hospital do. I'm really impressed.
