"Friendliness and professionalism at the Emergency Department"

I must admit to being concerned before I walked through the door because is a sore throat really something accident and emergency should be dealing with? But after visiting two GP's in the 48 hours prior to my presentation I felt I had no option, and to me, it was much, much more than a sore throat and I was in a lot of pain, unable to eat or drink and feeling thoroughly miserable.

From the very minute I walked through the door I was only greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Never made to feel as though I was wasting their time. They gave me pain medication promptly and the doctor came soon after. I felt that all the staff did a great job and should be commended for what they do.
