"Occupational Therapy home visit"

About: Allied Health - St Kilda Community Connections Program

(as the patient),

Inspection for valuation for safety and aged care benefit. Very patient Occupational Therapist (OT) with much knowledge and great helpful suggestions. They had a lovely sense of humor which helped me.

I felt comfortable telling my personal details about sleeping, moving, toilet, etc.

Perhaps a letter to public housing would be helpful.

Dear Sea farer,

Thank you very much for your feedback, we always appreciate hearing from clients and are very happy to know you had a positive experience and found our service helpful. We have a highly skilled and professional Occupational Therapy team who are committed to helping clients and understanding what their needs are. I will pass your feedback onto the team, and please discuss with your Occupational Therapist on your next meeting whether a letter to Office of Housing will be helpful as your therapist will be able to advise on this.

Kind regards,

Meredith Wildes
