I had my left elbow lipoma removed at Yarra Range Health recently. I was running a few minutes late so Sandra, concerned I might have lost my way, called me and gave me direction. How considerate she was! Carol was very patient in helping me to prepare for the operation. She was the third person to go through the same questionnaire. Some patients may feel annoyed for answering the same questions three times (actually 4x if you included the one by postal mail). She used her sound judgement and completed the questionnaire in a very short time. Great!
William, the theatre technician gave me a warm blanket and make me very comfortable. The surgeon, and Jennifer, his assistant, communicated to each other quietly in their special eye language. The whole operation was completed successfully in less than 10 minutes. What an efficient and outstanding job!
At the post-operation/recovery theatre, Sigi was quiet yet professional. Samantha always carries her smile. She even gave me a hot beverage and some biscuits. What a feeling Yarra Range Health.
