"Communication and care"

My grandparent had bowel cancer and was treated at South East Regional Hospital in Bega. The nurses there were amazing, however, I feel that my grandparent's treating doctor was horrible and had no bedside manners. My grandparent had spewed up and hadn’t been cleaned up because they wanted the doctor to see them. I caught the doctor and asked when they were going to see my grandparent. The doctor said not today and I asked why they weren't going to. The doctor said that my grandparent wasn’t on their list. I told the doctor that they better see my grandparent and told the doctor their condition. This doctor barely took the time to speak to my parent and me who had travelled 15+ hours to see them and be with my grandparent.
