I live in Busselton. I have occasionally needed the walk in service for things that arise and I need quick help with. In this case it has been breastfeeding. The first time it happened on a Wed so I could go in Thursday. The second time it happened I went in Tuesday just to find out we only have an open clinic once a week. Please consider giving us more open clinics to help with our peace of mind and issues that need quick and full support. Thank you for your consideration

Thank you Quick help for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.

We aim to support our families in the community to meet their needs as quickly as possible. This includes all areas of parenting as well as support for our breastfeeding families. It is unfortunate that we were unable to meet your needs in a timely manner on this occasion.

We offer an open clinic in Busselton at Kent Street Child Health Clinic every Thursday morning, from 9-12 and all other clinics offer appointments. As an addition to direct contact with a child health nurse, we have our webpage where you can access up to date information around the location and opening times of all our clinics and are welcome to visit any of them. There are resources which may be of assistance to you in times when we are unavailable, such as the Australian Breastfeeding Association or Ngala. Our webpage is available at www.childhealth.health.gov.au

We are constantly reviewing our services to enable us to meet the needs of our families and will assess our service based on your feedback. We hope we can continue to offer you support to meet your parenting and breastfeeding needs.
