"Pharmacist at POWH"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital

(as the patient),

My daily medications list has unfortunately increased to over twenty-five items. Pharmacist, Mr Mina of Prince of Wales Hospital was excellent in handling my prescriptions and other medications.

During my recent stays at POWH, Mina came to my bedside personally.

Not only did Mina confirmed my drugs, he also explained what the drugs were used for, their indications and contraindications. Mina also coordinated my medicine list with my private pharmacist.

In dealing with Mina, there was no confusion or  misundetstandings. On my release from hospital, Mina handed me a list of my drugs; the quantity, the dose, the indication, a description of the drug and time of day to be taken.

I have had some horrendously bad experiences at POWH. Mina certainly made up for my unbelievable experiences.

Hi No confusion,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent admission to the Prince of Wales Hospital (PoWH)l. I am sorry that your previous admissions to PoWH have not met your expectations however I am pleased that this admission did. Thank you for recognizing the care Mina provided. We are fortunate to have staff like him that are committed to ensuring our patients receive the best care.

Thank you again for providing this valuable feedback. I will ensure it is passed on to Mina and the Pharmacy Department in general
