(as the patient),

On two recent occasions, I was admitted to Sydney Eye Hospital after minor surgery. The staff there are excellent. 

The staff appeared to enjoy their positions; they were very kind and very helpful. They were also very efficient and knowledgeable. 

I have had some horrendous experiences at Prince of Wales Hospital. At Sydney Eye Hospital there was no confusion with my drugs or my treatment.

One person in particular who was excellent and helpful was Pam.
