Thank you for the wonderful customer service provided by the Geraldton Telehealth staff. This facility was really helpful in assisting me to contact my specialist at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. It was a great experience (including Telehealth introduction) and I was instantly provided with my referral and blood requests at the completion of appointment. This also meant I could go back to work, not take days off to travel to Perth.

What a wonderful compliment, thank you so much for sharing your experience on Patient Opinion. Telehealth is a great service which utilises information and communication technology to provide healthcare over a distance, connecting our patients to safe, high quality and cost-effective services closer to home. As Western Australia is the largest state in the country with vast distances between regional cities and towns, telehealth is changing the regional health landscape, enabling more public patients access to specialist outpatient and acute care in their local regional communities.
